About Us

QUESTIA GROUP is an independent Romanian business founded 9 years ago that develops online survey software from scratch, rooted in innovative technology and extensive research knowledge. We have run large-scale projects in over 23 countries on 5 continents and our plans for the next years regard refining existing products and launching new ones.

We are currently looking for a passionate Data Scientist to be a part of our Bucharest team.

Summary

As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets using statistical and machine learning techniques. We are expecting you to be proficient in Python and have experience working with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras. You should also have experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.

Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist, you will be working in an enthusiastic technical team. Your job will consist of:

• Collecting and analyzing large datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Developing and implementing predictive models using machine learning algorithms
• Creating data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning

Profile

We are looking for an open and proactive professional, able to bring into the team a diverse skillset, positive attitude and a healthy sense of humor:

• BA or MS in Computer Science or similar
• 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field preferred, but we welcome and encourage enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this domain to apply
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
