We are currently looking for a passionate Junior Requirements Analyst to be a part of our Bucharest team.

Role Purpose

As a Junior Requirements Analyst, you will be part of an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating closely with the product owner, stakeholders, developers, and QA Engineer to ensure that all business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and communicated. You will play a key role in refining user stories, assisting with backlog grooming, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality products.


Responsibilities

As Junior Requirements Analyst, your job will consist of the following:

  • Collaborate with the Scrum team and stakeholders to define and document business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories, including creating wireframes or mockups.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager (Owner) to assess stakeholders’ requests, refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are ready for development.
  • Organize workshops with stakeholders in order to understand and define requirements.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment of requirements with team deliverables.
  • Assist in backlog grooming and ensuring that the user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
  • Support the development team by answering questions, providing clarifications on requirements, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Participate in acceptance testing of new functionalities and bug fixes.
  • Deliver product release demos for the internal and external users.
  • Create, update and improve product documentation.
  • Assist the team in creating and delivering new, multi-format training material.
  • Assist the Product Manager (Owner) in specific tasks: preparing product presentations, pitch decks, product roadmaps, etc.

Profile

We are looking for an open and proactive professional, able to bring into the team a diverse skill set, positive attitude and a healthy sense of humor:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and an understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of requirements gathering and documentation techniques
  • Knowledge of relevant tools is considered a plus (e.g. for collaboration, progress tracking, wireframing, etc.)
