QUESTIA GROUP is an independent Romanian business founded 9 years ago that develops
online survey software from scratch, rooted in innovative technology and extensive research
knowledge. We have run large-scale projects in over 20 countries on 5 continents and our
plans for the next years regard refining existing products and launching new ones.
We are currently looking for a passionate Prompt Engineer to be a part of our Bucharest
team.
Role Purpose
As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, refining, and optimizing textual
prompts that guide large language models (LLMs) and AI systems to produce accurate,
contextually relevant, and high-quality outputs. This role is critical for enhancing AI model
performance and aligning it with user requirements.
Responsibilities
As Prompt Engineer, you will be working in an enthusiastic technical team. Your job will consist
of:
- Develop and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to optimize
performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to understand project
requirements and translate them into effective prompts.
- Conduct experiments to test and evaluate the effectiveness of different prompts.
- Analyze and interpret data to improve prompt engineering strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data
science.
- Document prompt engineering processes and results for future reference.
Profile
We are looking for an open and proactive professional, able to bring into the team a diverse
skill set, positive attitude and a healthy sense of humor:
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Interest in sociology and its applications in AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to dive deep into the world of AI and
prompt engineering is essential.
